Two Heart Chapter

Two heartOn Saturday, May 30, 2009 TU members are invited to a day of fishing, food and fellowship plus a fishing contest in honor of Larry McEvers .  Contestants will keep track of the fish they catch (as honestly as possible) and a  trophy will be given to the fisherman recording the most inches of fish.   On this day Larry's family will receive the "Order of the Grayling Award" from Michigan TU.

The location is the Fox River Campground 6 miles north of Seney on Fox River Road (County Road 450).

This is a beautiful setting. The campground is surrounded on three sides by the Fox River.  The fishing is close by in nearly every direction or just walk down to the river from the campground.  

Agenda for the Day:       10:00 AM meet at the campground and sign up for fishing contest.

                                                12:00 Noon Larry's favorite hot dog lunch/fixings.

                                                1: 00  Presentation of the "Order of the Graying Award" from Michigan TU

           to the McEvers Family followed by the fishing contest awards.

                               

There is no cost to anyone, we just want to have a good time with some good fishing and fellowship.

 

 


The Two Heart Chapter meets the third Wednesday of month January through October, 7:00 pm, at the Tahquamenon Sportsman's Club, E. Victory Way, Newberry, Michigan.
